Contributor Services Agreement

You choose whether to join an available project. Its brief states the requested work, technical requirements, review criteria, rate and duration limits. Do not start work you cannot perform safely or lawfully. Equipment checks are unpaid. No minimum volume of work or earnings is guaranteed. Applicable law determines your legal working status; this agreement does not override mandatory employment or worker protections.

Vimo checks package integrity and quality and reviews the submitted footage against the accepted brief. Approved duration and the rate fixed for that recording determine the earnings credit. Rejected work, setup qualification and upload time are unpaid. You can appeal in the app. In-app withdrawals are not available; contact Help and support or info@t-apps.nl about payout. A payment method and payment date are not yet confirmed, and a support request is not a completed payment. Do not provide banking credentials or bank details in an ordinary support message. Legitimately approved earnings are not forfeited because the app has no integrated payment provider. A funded payment process and payment timetable must be established before paid commercial collection opens.

You retain ownership of your recordings. For material you choose to submit, you grant Vimo a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, validate and review it to operate the service. Subject to your explicit data-sharing permission, applicable privacy rights and separate commercial-rights clearance, you authorize Vimo to license permitted recording packages to robotics and AI customers for dataset development, model training and evaluation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated material or authorize uses outside the disclosed purposes.

By the separate acceptance control for this agreement, you explicitly permit the third-party robotics and AI use described above. Video can identify you or your surroundings, and motion data is linked to the recording. You must not include other people without informed permission covering the proposed use. Declining means you cannot submit material for those projects. You can stop future participation and request withdrawal or deletion; applicable privacy rights continue to apply to copies and downstream use.

Submit original recordings made for the accepted brief. Do not falsify duration, location, identity, qualification or sensor data; upload someone else’s footage; or include material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Notify support if a submitted recording contains sensitive material or a person without permission.

You may leave projects or request account deletion. We may suspend further work for safety, integrity or material breach and explain the decision through the available support process. Ending participation does not by itself erase legitimate approved earnings or mandatory legal rights. Questions about review, payment or use of a recording can be raised through Help and support. Material changes require new acceptance and cannot silently expand the rights granted for previous recordings.
